Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of scheduled visit OR a cancellation fee of $50 will apply and no services will be booked afterwards without the cancellation fee being fully paid prior. An AUTOMATIC 25% cancellation fee applies to ALL Overnight Services and ALL services booked on and around major US Holidays, and all Moore County Public School Holidays and vacations.
Sharing Services
Sharing services with friends or family members, while advantageous for our clients, presents a significant liability issue for our pet sitters. Therefore, we cannot and will not be held liable for any injuries to or loss of pets during any time we are not present on site. It is always our preference that Britt, My Pet Nanny be the sole provider for your pet care needs the ENTIRE time you are away.
Surveillance Policy
Use of Video Surveillance and Expectation of Privacy
If the Client will be using surveillance cameras inside the home (examples include but not limited to: FURBO, RING, etc. to observe throughout the day, record audio and or video, etc.) please note below as contest of notifying Company, as North Carolina law is a one party consent state, covered under and explained in the following but not limited to N.C. General Statutes: N.C. Gen. Stat. Ann. § 15A-287 and North Carolina v. Price, 611 S.E.2d 891 .Cameras will not be tolerated in restrooms (unless bathroom is explicitly and only for use of the pet(s)) or in private-rooms for the sitter during stays. If the Expectation of Privacy is breached and or abused by either party, charges will be filed, immediate payment of services expected, Contract Cancellation will begin immediately upon notification of such instances and if applicable Company will terminate association with the party associated with the crime.

Kwanzaa: December 26-January 1
Home Entry Policy
1 Key MUST be given to the pet nanny prior to services at the Meet and Greet in case of emergency, power outage, etc.
