Terms & Conditions

Britt, My Pet Nanny by BRITTANY HARRY  and Affiliates will, after the first mention, be addressed as COMPANY as the provider of said services. The OWNER of the pet will be interchangeably referred to as “I” and or “CLIENT”, as the signer of the document and recipient of services provided. 



Britt, My Pet Nanny and its Affiliates will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible care for the pet(s) of the CLIENT. I (OWNER and RESPONSIBLE PARTY) of said pet(s) understand the risks inherent in having my pet(s) cared for, including but not limited to interactions with other pets while on walks or within the household with or without the presence of the sitter during dates of booked services. 


I represent and warrant that I have provided, and will provide in the future, COMPANY complete and accurate information regarding any bite history, similar incidents or hazardous tendencies of my pet(s).


Furthermore, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my pet(s) at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless COMPANY of any and all claims, whether made by myself or others, of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my pet(s) while under COMPANY’s care. I understand the inherent risks of owning a pet, including but not limited to the risk of pet bites to others or myself. Additionally, COMPANY will act with all due respect and caution in my home in my absence and I hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless COMPANY of any and all claims of damages to my home. 



I authorize emergency medical care to be provided for my pet(s) by my local regular veterinarian on file or an appropriate alternative at the inarguable sole discretion of COMPANY in the event that my regular veterinarian is unavailable. I understand the added risks of COMPANY transporting my pet(s) to the veterinarian.  I will immediately reimburse COMPANY for any and all charges related to emergency care. I agree to be in contact with the veterinary office to pay the charges via telephone if necessary and for any updates from the care team. 



Britt, My Pet Nanny provides the following Insured and Fear-Free Certified Pet Sitting Services: Meet Your Pet Nanny, Sniffaris, Overnight services, Non-overnight services and more.


COMPANY requires 1 Meet & Greet  prior to your booking, Intermittent acquaintance services until your scheduled overnight booking, COMPANY to stay a range of 11 to 12 HR night to morning, and an included Midday Drop-in for Each Day Client is gone for 24 hours. 


→COMPANY guarantees the presence of an insured fear-free certified pet sitter in your home at the agreed upon times at time of confirmed booking. Additional time may be added to your service package during booking, for an additional fee or a modified 12-hour range for the overnight stay based on your pets regular schedule at COMPANY’s discretion.


→COMPANY reserves the right to modify the times in case of emergency and or if your pet(s) need a modified schedule based on medical or behavioral concerns with or without confirmation of the CLIENT. 



Payments for services are due in full at the time of booking with the exception of overnight services booked more than 30 days in advance and the remaining balance for all visits booked is due 7 days prior to the beginning of the overnight service.

→I understand that I may request to keep my Payment Card and Method on file for uninterrupted services in the event of an emergency or extended trip.


→For any visit canceled with less than a full 24 hours’ notice from the start of the visit time, payment is required in full.


→For any visit canceled with less than a complete 72 hours’ notice there will be a $5 per scheduled visit cancellation fee added to the invoice to be paid at time of receipt.


Overnight, Weekend, & Holiday Service cancellation fees will be waived in the event of extreme weather and or family emergency at the discretion of COMPANY. In the event of extreme weather ALL Overnight, Weekend, & Holiday service cancellations must be received and confirmed via your sitter no earlier than 24 hours prior to the start of the first visit time to be eligible for a cancellation fee waiver.


An AUTOMATIC 25% cancellation fee applies to ALL Overnight Services and ALL services booked on and around major US Holidays, and all Moore County Public School Holidays.

All Winter Holidays in December including but not limited to:

Hanukkah: December 10-18

Las Posadas: December 16-24

Winter Solstice/Soyal/Yule/ Christmastide: December 21

Christmas: December 25

Kwanzaa: December 26-January 1


2022 Moore County ‘Holiday and No School’ Dates:

Dec. 20-Jan. 3 Winter Holiday Break

March 28-April 1 Spring Break

April 15 Good Friday


For all US Holiday week and local school vacation week drop-in services & overnight services canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, payment is required in full.


Overnights Booked 3 Months or More in Advance: 

25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to lock in the service slot requested. 


Overnight pet sitting services booked 1 month to 3 months in advance:

Minimum of a 35% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to lock in the service slot requested. 


Overnight services booked less than 30 days but more than 72 Hours in Advance:

Minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.


Overnight services booked less than 72 hours in advance:

$35 short notice booking fee will be applied without exception.

Full remittance of payment due at time of booking. 


Overnight services booked less than 48 hours’ notice: 

$45 short notice booking fee will be applied without exception.

 Full remittance of payment due at time of booking. 


‘US Holidays’ bookings incur an additional $10.00 per night fee that will go directly to your sitter to reimburse for time away from family and pets.       


Services are NOT booked and availability CANNOT be guaranteed until COMPANY receives payment in accordance to the above provisions. 


NO REFUNDS of any kind unless specifically in writing by COMPANY case-by-case basis.


Home Entry Policy

Requested Primary Mode of Entry: Lockbox of the CLIENT’S preference of type and code.

→COMPANY recommends that all clients provide 2 spare keys for COMPANY to keep 1 in the private lockbox at the office, and the second key during visits. COMPANY is entitled to bring its own lockbox to place on your property in a discreet area to ensure that there will be a mode of entry for COMPANY during services booked.

→ I understand that it is my responsibility to keep COMPANY updated with a lock box code and location if I choose to use my own, AND to still supply COMPANY with a permanent spare key. 

Please have the lock box and keys ready for testing at the new client meeting aka Meet and Greet. 

→I understand that if I choose not to use a lock box in favor of a coded entry door or garage or to have doors unlocked at any time as a request, I accept full risk and responsibility if these methods fail due to unforeseen circumstances.


→Please have a trusted friend or neighbor listed in your online profile that can gain access to your home to check on your pets in an emergency.


→New information must be updated 48 hours prior to the confirmed booking start date. 


The CLIENT must inform COMPANY prior to the booking if there are any known visitors and or key-holders to the home that may or may not be present during any time of the COMPANY’s scheduled time of care and CLIENT understands and fully accepts that COMPANY’S insurance will ONLY cover COMPANY.           



By signing below, I, the Client, give COMPANY permission to publish in print, electronic, or video format the likeness or image of my pets with the removal of location information to protect client and sitter privacy. I release all claims against COMPANY with respect to privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright ownership, and publication, including any claim for compensation related to the use of the materials.                                                                                                                   



I understand that the recommendation of any other product or alternate service does not guarantee my satisfaction with said product or service. This contract, together with language expressly incorporated in writing, is the full and complete agreement between myself (CLIENT) and COMPANY. A complete and accurate copy of this contract is as valid as the original. 


This contract is made valid by in-person signatures, electronically signed signatures, or upon receipt of a signed, scanned copy by email at .
